Just a humble Mountain Guide on a quest to learn as much as possible in one lifetime on providing opportunities for sharing the splendour and ancient wisdom locked in the understanding and communion within nature. 
I have been guiding people from all ages and all walks of life in the wilderness for as long as I have been considered responsible, translating the voices of the wild into understandable messages and listening carefully to the call.
Recently I have helped many people and organisations build bridges over the disconnection created by our present consumer orientated lifestyles.
My close association with organisations like the ‘Wilderness Leadership School of South Africa’, South African Rivers Association, The Wildlife Society, SATOUR – South African Tourism, The Mountain Rescue and First Responder Unit for Natural Disasters, Cape Town School of Mountaineering and various Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Organisations have placed me along the cutting edge of environmental activism and education.
Supported by my life-partner and newborn daughter, there has never been a time that I have felt closer to realising this lifelong dream of providing a venue for growth in all facets of life.
